Strategy Shaping

We will analyze at your product from all angles and using our combined industry experience, outline the key elements of growth strategy. This will include the below components:

Product

New features which you might consider adding to make your product more appealing.

Customer Research

Leveraging our consulting experience, we will research on the customers who have the need for this product and who would be the relevant stakeholders in the customer companies.

Marketing

What steps we can take to be visible to the relevant segment through appropriate channels and create a brand recall.

Sales

We will guide you on how to approach key leaders and influencers in organizations. This will include the exact language to be used in emails and messages to get a high response rate.

Sales Opportunities

Through our consulting networks, we will connect you to leaders whom we know where you can pitch your product. In fact, we will also be writing to them to enable you to get a first meeting. We will also sit with you and shape your pitch to help increase the chances of conversion.

Volt

SF’s Strategy Planning tool will be used to formulate and track the strategies to success.

We will be taking 5% equity in return for the above services and will put in an investment of INR 60000 to the startup.

Epsilon

The Reciprocal Pitch Contest

Epsilon is one of its kind event which aims at identifying extraordinary college students to transform great ideas into million-dollar businesses.

How this works

  • 1. The Reciprocal Pitch will start with 5 ideas for which we will be searching for the right team.
    • a. 3 of these ideas have been generated by us.
    • b. 2 will be selected from the ones submitted by experienced professionals from industry. (Pioneers)
  • 2. All ideas will have a seed funding of 50000 100000 INR.
  • 3. Students will apply and chose an idea from any of these 5 and pitch themselves for being the part of the founding team.
  • 4. Each student will be interviewed by us or the Pioneer and he/she/us will select the right team.
  • 5. The team along with the idea will be registered as a Pvt. Ltd. Company.
  • 6. Using the SF strategy planning tool, the team will be given a strategy and a set of goals to achieve. They will work on these goals to build their startup
